If the Actors first two actors introduced are not well known, Then they come after the Film Title.

Actor 4 is determined where placed, by the contract given to the Actor.

Music Supervisor, Music By..., Editor and Production Designer can change due to contractual issues.

The Director is very important and is usually the last thing the audience reads so it stay with the audience.
